Integrated bench-top system combining a 700W hot-air rework station, 60W soldering station and 300W screen-separating preheating plate with independent digital temperature controls.
The 702ESD places three common repair functions in one station, reducing bench space while providing separate controls for rework, soldering and preheating.
The SMTmax 702ESD combines hot-air rework, temperature-controlled soldering and a screen-separating preheating plate in one bench-top system. Each function has its own digital display and controls, allowing technicians to set the temperature needed for the specific repair process.
The hot-air and soldering sections operate from 100°C to 450°C, while the preheating plate operates from 60°C to 120°C. Microcomputer PID control with closed-loop sensors helps maintain stable working temperatures, and the hot-air system provides up to 120 L/min airflow.
