The QK982B solder paste dispenser helps apply consistent amounts of solder paste to fine IC pads and other circuit-board locations where manual application can be inconsistent. Dispensing time and dosage are controlled by air pressure, programmed duration and the selected dispensing needle.
A compact foot pedal allows convenient hands-free triggering, while multiple nozzle sizes support different materials and dispensing patterns. This makes the unit suitable for solder paste, adhesive or other low-viscosity bench-top dispensing tasks in prototype and repair environments.
