The AE-3088D is designed for users who want more repeatable solder paste application than a hand-operated stencil printer can provide. The squeegee movement and stencil-frame vertical motion are pneumatically controlled, while printing parameters are entered through the machine interface.
The printer supports single or double printing passes, adjustable squeegee speed and positioning controls for aligning the PCB to the stencil. The open machine layout also makes stencil and squeegee cleanup easier between jobs.
