The AE-250DS combines automatic flux spraying, infrared preheating, conveyor transport and wave soldering in one production platform. Its preheating section uses a pull-out module design for easier maintenance and far-infrared heating to support a smooth thermal curve while helping minimize PCB deformation.
The transport system uses precision titanium claws for stable PCB handling and stepless electronic speed adjustment. Variable-frequency wave-height control allows the solder wave to be adjusted accurately as boards move through the machine.
