Designed for high-volume lead-free reflow with adjustable conveyor speed, multi-zone hot-air circulation and integrated thermal profiling.
The WP-8800 uses eight upper and eight lower temperature-control zones for a total of sixteen independently managed heating sections. Its hot-air circulation architecture is designed to provide stable, uniform heating through preheat, reflow and controlled drying stages.
A full computer and PLC control system manages oven operation and process parameters. The conveyor uses a mesh-belt and guide-rail transmission system with frequency-controlled speed adjustment for repeatable inline processing.
